Young voters may support 'change' but unsure about DPJ

TOKYO, Japan - A female college student clad in a Japanese summer kimono hands out fliers on a bustling street in front of JR Shibuya Station in Tokyo on Aug. 2. The campaign was organized by the nonpartisan student group ''ivote'' to urge young people to vote in the Aug. 30 general election to have their voices heard in politics.
