Gates tells Koizumi he is optimistic about fighting AIDS, malari

TOKYO, Japan - Microsoft Corp. Chairman Bill Gates (L) and Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi are in talks at the premier's office in Tokyo on June 29.
