Japan: Water Gushes Out of Manholes in Tokyo Amid Severe Rainfall 2

On Thursday, September 11, sudden thunderstorms hit the southern Kanto region, including Tokyo, causing rapidly changing weather and record-breaking rainfall in some areas. This video shows water gushing out of a manhole at a park in Ota Ward, Tokyo.
