US: Boat Capsizes Near Alcatraz, Leaving One Dead, Three Missing

A pontoon boat carrying 20 people, mostly on a memorial service outing, capsized near Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay on Tuesday, July 14, killing one person and leaving three others missing. Three injured passengers were hospitalized in stable condition, 13 others returned safely to shore.
