I come from Poland. I came to China in 2013. And for most of my career, I've been managing education projects in different countries, like Brazil, Portugal, Sweden and the U.S.A. I was always fascinated with Chinese culture and innovation. Knowing that Chinese parents pay so much attention to education, I wanted to come here and contribute to the development of international education in China. At Hanlin School, my main responsibility is managing foreign teachers and the international programs. It's all about bridging the East and West and developing international-mindedness, those broad perspectives in our students.
