Former fashion mogul Peter Nygard asks an Ontario court to review the decision to deny him bail as he appeals his convictions and sentence for sexual assault, on November 5, 2024. Nygard was convicted of four counts of sexual assault last year after several women came forward with allegations dating from the 1980s to the mid-2000s.
