OSAKA, Japan - A taxi has a new nonsmoking sign in Osaka City on July 1, 2010, as smoking was banned in almost all 20,000 taxis in the city.

The bra, currently in the test phase, releases fragrances that discourage smoking from a capsule located near the cleavage.
