China: Golden Retriever Rolls in Snow for Dry Bath

On February 14, 2025, in Liaoning Province in northeastern China, a video captured a golden retriever rolling back and forth in a snowy field. The dog flipped over repeatedly, covering its body with fresh snow. The dog’s fur appeared clean and fluffy as it continued to tumble across the ground, clearly enjoying the motion. Snow scattered around its body each time it turned. The owner explained that the snow in the region is loose and powdery, and that a quick shake removes it without soaking the fur.

Suddenly, a swarm of small yellow bugs flew onto the car’s front windshield, clinging tightly and refusing to leave. The bugs crowded the glass, initially sounding like raindrops hitting the window. However, upon closer inspection, the filmer realized it was a mass of ladybugs that had collided and died on the windshield, quickly obscuring the driver’s view of the road ahead.
