Honda to sell new diesel-engine, fuel-cell vehicles

TOKYO, Japan - Honda Motor Co. said Sept. 24 it has developed a new diesel engine able to limit nitrogen oxide emissions by one-fifth and meet U.S. exhaust restrictions, regarded as the world's strictest.
