"Onigirazu" chosen as dish of 2015

Tochi Ueyama, author of the "Cooking Papa" manga series, holds dishes of "onigirazu" in Tokyo on Dec. 7, 2015, as Gurunavi Research Institute chose the same day the innovative take on the traditional "onigiri" rice ball as the dish of the year. Onigirazu, originally created by Ueyama's wife and named by the manga artist who introduced it in the comic series more than 20 years ago, became a sensation in 2015. (Kyodo) ==Kyodo
