US: Garden Creek Fire Burns Over 1,000 Acres in Idaho

The Garden Creek Fire, which broke out on the Fort Hall Reservation in southeast Idaho on Tuesday, July 1, has burned over 1,000 acres. Strong winds of up to 60 mph have hampered firefighting efforts, and additional crews have been deployed. Authorities are urging the public to avoid the area.
