China: Man Clears Dangerous Icicles Under Bridge In Xiangyang, Hubei

Amidst the cold weather, a man was seeing throwing an object, apparently a snowball, to remove large icicles hanging from a bridge. The vide was filmed in Xiangyang, Hubei on February 22, 2024. It was said that the man tried a few times and finally succeeded in removing the potential danger.
