In the emergency department of the Mongi Slim hospital in La Marsa, a northern suburb of Tunis, Tunisia, on July 23, 2021. The head of the department, Dr Nour Nouira, must manage with his team a very tense daily Covid-19 crisis. All rooms, halls and corridors of the service are requisitioned for Covid cases, while at the same time managing daily emergencies.
