TOKYO, Japan - Eight Bangladeshi men who have overstayed their visas turn themselves in to immigration authorities Sept. 21 and request special permission to remain in Japan. One of the Bangladeshi men spoke at a meeting held by a voluntary group that helps illegal immigrants in Japan before they surrendered themselves at the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau.
