'Cli-Matrix' ad starring Hatoyama, Obama, Merkel calls for aid

LONDON, England - Photo shows a full-page ad that appeared in the Dec. 14th issue of the Financial Times featuring Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama, U.S. President Barack Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and titled ''The Cli-Matrix'' in a parody of the hit movie ''The Matrix.'' The ad by a global campaign network Avaaz.org urges the three to exert their leadership to provide $200 billion a year by 2020 for developing countries to fight against climate change.
