Taiyuan, located in northern China's Shanxi Province, witnessed a peculiar incident on the evening of November 25, 2024. A parked SF Express tricycle, left unattended as its driver made a delivery, became the unexpected subject of a strong wind's force. The gusts propelled the tricycle down the street, narrowly missing a collision with a nearby white truck. The wind then pushed the vehicle into a turn, steering it directly into the tight space between two parked cars. Remarkably, the tricycle came to a stop in the narrow gap without causing any damage, surprising bystanders.

Ultra-localized rain was observed in a housing estate in Mianyang, Sichuan on July 7, 2024. The rain only fell on a small portion of a street while the surrounding area remained dry. Ms. Yang was walking on the road when she unexpectedly encountered the rain. At first, she thought that nearby residents were pouring water from a building above. However, she soon realized that the rain was actually a localized phenomenon after she looked up, as she wasn't close to any buildings.

A sand delta developed on the north bank of Suruga Bay with the sand carried by the Fuji River and Kano River. A lagoon was formed, and further sand accumulation created the peculiar Ukishimagahara. GUSHIKAWA, Japan - Police officers receive instructions Aug. 10 on poisonous snakes peculiar to Okinawa Prefecture as they have to enhance security at the 2000 summit of the Group of Eight (G-8) nations in the Japan's southernmost island prefecture. About 150 officers were lectured by experts at the Okinawa police riot squad training center in Gushikawa in the prefecture, as part of preparations for the summit scheduled for July 21-23 next year.
