US: Tropical Storm Bertha Prompts Closure of Two Florida Panhandle State Parks

Tropical Storm Bertha prompted the closure of St. Andrews State Park and T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park in the Florida Panhandle. Gusty winds, rain, and rough surf also brought double red flags to area beaches and closed two local piers.
