Japanese designer's card game attracting fans around the world

TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken Oct. 16, 2013, in Tokyo shows Seiji Kanai, a designer of board and card games whose game named "Love Letter" won 2012 awards in two categories -- Best Family Game and Best Party Game -- from a U.S. board game podcasting and reviewing group called The Dice Tower.
