Asahi Kasei's rigid sound-absorbing foamed products

Asahi Kasei has developed a material made of foamed polyamide hollow beads of 2 mm to 3 mm in diameter. Taking advantage of its hardness and high heat resistance, the company is proposing the material as a component for engine compartment peripherals.
