OSAKA, Japan - Kawasaki Engineering Co. on July 15 began sales of ''Dream Plus''(photo), a fatigue-treatment device for humans, which generates high levels of oxygen in the blood in a high-pressure environment. The cylindrical machine is modeled on oxygen hyperbaric chambers used in hospitals for treatment of hypoxia, such as is caused by gas poisoning. It measures 2 meters in length and 65 centimeters in diameter and is made from polyurethane and nylon fibers.
