Kenshun-mon Gate at Kyoto Imperial Palace

North-northwestern view of Kenshun-mon Gate and tsuijibei (earthen wall) of the Kyoto Imperial Palace seen from the Omiya Gosho Imperial Street. The gate is a magnificent example of the mukai-karahafu style. The wall has five portals called anamon (literally, hole gates).
