Japan declares 'cold shutdown' of Fukushima plant

SUKAGAWA, Japan - A couple who have evacuated from Futaba, where part of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant is located, following the outbreak of one of the world's worst nuclear accidents, watch Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda's press conference live on TV in Sukagawa, Fukushima Prefecture, on the night of Dec. 16, 2011.
