On the 16th, Connected Robotics (Koganei City, Tokyo), in collaboration with JR East Startup (Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo) and Nippon Restaurant Enterprise (Taito Ward, Tokyo), began a demonstration experiment of an "ekisoba (buckwheat noodle) robot" at a soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurant in JR Higashi Koganei Station. The aim of the experiment is to verify the practicality of the robot in actual shops, and to introduce it to other shops in the future and automate the entire operation.
