A year ago, the sales figure was 262,984 units. Two-wheeler sales in India continued to grow at a moderate pace of about 8 percent in February to 1,129,661 units. Three-wheeler sales were 50,382 units in February, the data further showed. The apex body representing all major vehicle and vehicular engine manufacturers said the total production of passenger vehicles -- three-wheelers, two-wheelers and quadricycles in February was 1,754,922 units.
