The owner of an animal 'sanctuary' in Rubí (Barcelona) has received a visit from the Agents Rurals de la Generalitat who are monitoring to prevent the spread of African swine fever (ASF). During the inspection of the shelter (within the radius where the administrations focus their vigilance), they asked her for the documentation that accredits the legality of the sanctuary 'En Nuestra Casa de Madera' and, although at first she did not have this accreditation, the City Council has accepted to give her the permits, according to the owner.
