These two, like other adult Ainu women, have tattoos around the mouth. They wear earrings and chokas-rekutunpe amulet necklaces. There was no protocol as to whether the left or right side of the collar should be worn in front. They wear hos gaiters on their legs. Like these two, adult Ainu women wore tattoos around the mouth and the area from the back of the hand to the arms. They have pieces of cloth on the head. Men and women wear ear rings and chokas-rekutunpe amulet neckpieces.
