Thursday February 6, 2025, the Bordeaux administrative court of appeal rendered a decision in favor of the Mémoires et Partages association which demanded that the city of Biarritz change the name of the “La Négresse” district, judging it “sexist” and “racist”: the “La Négresse” district will therefore have to change its name. The coffee bean processing factory, which Jiang Jingtai works for, roasts about 500 kilograms of coffee beans every day, covering the supplies of dozens of cafes in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. The northeastern border city of Yanji in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture has witnessed a spark of coffee trend as over 540 coffee shops are registered in the 680,000 dwellers city in recent years.
