China: Deer Leaps Over Villager’s Head in Stunning Cornfield Dash

On September 25, 2025, in Liaoning, China, a Siberian roe deer leaped out of a cornfield, easily clearing a villager’s head before running off. Eyewitnesses suggested the deer may have accidentally wandered into the field while returning to the forest.

According to Feng Limin, a leopard expert of a Beijing Normal University tiger and leopard research team, these cubs are about three months old and are in the transition from drinking breast milk to eating meat.
