The Opening of Parliament Procession 1918

The new session of Parliament was opened with a procession, in which the third carriage contained Admiral Rossyln Wemyss(left), First Sea Lord of the Admiralty, General Sir William Roberston, Chief on the Imperial General Staff, Admiral Sir Micheal Culme-Seymour and Lieut-Colonel Sir Fredrick Ponsonby.
