On July 7 in Linyi, Shandong, some men enjoyed a dinghy ride along flooded roads after heavy rainfall. The man in the video Mr. Zhao and his four friends bought a dinghy and tied it behind a car for fun. According to Linyi News, the average rainfall exceeded 100 millimeters from 2:00 a.m to 7:00 a.m. that day. The local meteorological department suggested the citizens stay indoors as the heavy rain would continue throughout the morning.
