UK: Poor Visibility At Manchester Airport After Temporary Runway Closure Due To Snow

On Thursday, January 9, Manchester Airport temporarily closed its runways due to heavy snowfall. Although the runways reopened after approximately an hour, the disruption caused delays to some flights. This video shows the runway after reopening, covered in mist with no visibility, accompanied by the sound of an airplane taking off.

Ukraine Fires UK Cruise Missiles At Russia For First Time

"Storm Shadow" is the weapon's British name, in France it is called SCALP-EG. Ukraine fired a volley of British Storm Shadow cruise missiles into Russia on Wednesday, the latest new Western weapon it has been permitted to use on Russian targets a day after it fired U.S. ATACMS missiles. The strikes were widely reported by Russian war correspondents on Telegram and confirmed by an official on condition of anonymity.
