PETERSBURG, Russia CATEGORY: CULTURE SHOTLIST: 1. various of the circus performances STORYLINE: The second International Circus Festival "Without Borders" ended Sunday in Russia's second-largest city St. Petersburg. During the four-day festival, about 200 artists from more than ten countries and regions, including Russia, China, Mexico, Italy and Ethiopia gave fabulous acrobatics, magic, diabolo show and other circus performances. The festival was jointly organized by the Russian Ministry of Culture and the Russian State Circus Company. Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova said earlier that the festival had become one of the most important cultural events in Russia, attracting outstanding artistic talents from all over the world.
