Deity spirit returns to sanctuary at World Heritage Kyoto shrine

The "shosengu" ritual is underway at Kamigamo-jinja, a World Heritage Shinto shire in Kyoto, on Oct. 15, 2015, to return the deity spirit to the refurbished main sanctuary from its replica building.
