The final race of this year's contest, themed "Chinese Taste Night," was held Saturday night in a hotel with 18 Chinese food lovers and professional chefs from across Egypt cooking two dishes on site for judges to score on skills and tastes. One of the two dishes is designated as Hot Spicy Boiled Beef (Shui Zhu Niu Rou), a classic dish from Sichuan cuisine. KHARKIV, UKRAINE - NOVEMBER 24, 2023 - A cook of the Food Train puts containers with dishes into a box for Kharkiv residents at the railway station in Kharkiv, northeastern Ukraine. Built and maintained by the Ukrainian Railways and financed by the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, the autonomous Food Train set out from Kyiv to Kharkiv and Izium on its maiden voyage. On its first trip, the train delivered Thanksgiving meals to local residents and Ukrainian emergency workers, paramedics and police officers working in the region. The train consists of six carriages, including a generator car, a refrigerator car, a cold kitchen car, a hot kitchen car, a car for the crew with a shower and a washing machine and a luggage car with a 27,000-liter water reservoir, a filtration station, and a pumping station. The Food Train can work autonomously using its generators and water supply for up to 7 days and deliver 10,000 hot meals per day to the regions of Ukraine that sustained serious damage to logistic and power networks
