TOKYO, Japan - Yasuhiro Muraki, a Tokyo High Court judge convicted of paying for sex with teenagers, drops his head on his way to the Judges Impeachment Court at the Diet in Tokyo on Sept. 20. Muraki is the sixth judge in 20 years to be impeached and could become the fifth judge ever to be dismissed in Japan.
