Exhibition of Ukrainian artist Liubov Panchenko in Kyiv

KYIV, UKRAINE - FEBRUARY 12, 2025 - Fashion sketches are displayed at the Universe of Love, the first retrospective exhibition of Ukrainian visual artist and fashion designer Liubov Panchenko, at the Museum of the History of Kyiv, capital of Ukraine. The artist belonged to the Sixtiers, a group of artists in the 1960s who revived Ukrainian culture during the Khrushchev Thaw. During the occupation of Bucha by Russian forces at the beginning of Russias full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Liubov Panchenko was forced to remain inside her house for a month without food.
