STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN 20251003Pole vaulter Armand Duplantis raises to the world record height of 6.30 on the tribute bar that Avesta municipality had erected at the world's largest Dala horse on Highway 70 in Sweden October 03, 2025. Armand's connection to Avesta is through his mother Helena Duplantis who comes from the city. Armand has also competed for the Avesta club IK Stål, which his grandfather was one of the founders.
