NARITA, Japan - Photos show a turtle and a lizard protected by the Washington Treaty which a Japanese man attempted to smuggle into Japan. Hiroto Fujita was arrested for trying to smuggle 23 turtles and four lizards into Japan when he arrived at Narita airport from Bangkok in December.
