China: Man Rescues Shivering Puppies From Rain-Swept Road

In heavy rain on June 19, 2025, in Enshi, Hubei, a man stopped his car to rescue two soaked puppies huddled on a flooded road. Nearly hitting them, Mr. Wu carefully placed the shivering dogs in a bucket and took them home to care for them.
