YONAGO, Japan - Workers put a sacred Shinto rope of rice straw around the neck of a huge stone figure of the "GeGeGe no Kitaro" comic character as a customary New Year decoration in Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture, on Dec. 25, 2014.
