FUKUSHIMA, Japan - Yoshitaka Takagai, an associate professor at Fukushima University, explains a device his team developed to measure strontium-90, a radioactive isotope produced by nuclear fission, in Fukushima, northeastern Japan, on Nov. 27, 2014.
