Watanabe inks minor league deal with Boston

NARITA, Japan - Free-agent right-hander Shunsuke Watanabe answers reporters' questions at Narita airport near Tokyo on Dec. 15, 2013, upon returning from the United States. Watanabe, a former Lotte Marines submariner, said he has signed a minor league contract with the World Series champion Boston Red Sox.
