TOKYO, Japan, July 31 Kyodo - Undated combined photo shows TV personality Aki Mukai and medical doctor Yahiro Netsu. Mukai's twin babies were born through a surrogate mother in the United States in 2003. Netsu said in 2001 his maternity clinic had made a surrogacy arrangement for a woman, becoming the first Japanese medical institution to officially announce such a procedure.(Kyodo)
