"It is the final selection of male badminton players for upcoming SEA Games in Cambodia," Myo Kyaw Thu, the MBF's joint secretary, told Xinhua. The federation will select three male players for men's singles and men's doubles from the final trial event, which runs from January 28 to 30, he said. Myanmar will send a mixed team of six badminton players to the SEA Games. The federation already selected three female players for the SEA Games from a national tournament in December last year, he said.
