VANCOUVER, Canada - This composite sequence of photographs shows Japan's Mao Asada performing her trademark triple axel followed by a double toeloop during the women's short program figure skating event at the Vancouver Olympics in Vancouver's Pacific Coliseum on Feb. 23, 2010. Kim topped the event earning a world record 78.50 points, while Asada finished in second place with 73.78 points.
