The SEAL will be available in two versions, both with a battery capacity of 82.56 kWh, according to BYD Auto Japan Inc. at a press conference in Tokyo. The base model, priced at 5.28 million yen (about 33,110 U.S. dollars), offers a driving range of about 640 kilometers, while the all-wheel-drive (AWD) version went on sale at 6.05 million yen with a driving range of 575 kilometers. KYOTO, Japan - The sand ripple marks of a Tofukuji Temple garden in Kyoto, western Japan, initially laid out by famous garden designer Mirei Shigemori in 1939, are reproduced on Oct. 24, 2014, in commemoration of the garden's designation as Japan's scenic beauty spot in June this year.

Located in the Higashiyama district of Kyoto, Tofukuji is one of the major Zen five temples of Kyoto. It is the head temple of the Tofukuji Branch of the Rinzai Sect. The Tsutenkyo is a corridor which connects the Buddha Hall and Founder's Hall, and the roof is seen in the center. The autumn colours are famous here and have been portrayed in ukiyoe by Hiroshige.
