TOKYO, Japan - A long shots sweep of the top three spots paid out 9,752,820 yen on a 100-yen wager at a horse race Aug. 17, the highest return in the history of legal gambling in sports in Japan.@Only two winning tickets were bought by the same person out of the 264,304 total sold under the betting system that needs to cover the top three finishes in order.
