Severe flooding continued in Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam, on Tuesday, October 8, surpassing historical peaks and leaving roads deeply submerged. In Phan Dinh Phung Ward, Hoang Van Thu Street was flooded up to 1.5 meters, paralyzing traffic and forcing residents to travel by boat.
