Many people are leaving Dhaka to celebrate the festival with their families in rural areas and hometowns. However, the ongoing traffic congestion has caused significant delays; buses on various routes are arriving and departing late, disrupting travel plans. Complaints about excessive fare hikes have also surfaced, adding to travelers' frustrations. As a result, many desperate passengers are resorting to risky transportation options, such as traveling in trucks, to ensure they reach their destinations in time for the festivities.
