US: Icy Roads After Snowfall Across Pennsylvania, Hazardous Travel Issued

The snow that fell Saturday night into Sunday, December 14, in central Pennsylvania partially thawed during the day but refroze as temperatures dropped in the afternoon and evening. Due to the resulting possibility of hazardous travel on Sunday night, December 14 and Monday morning, December 15, there is a possibility that classes in central Pa. could be delayed by one or two hours.
